“Currently undergoing refurbishment that, when completed, will make this a really nice hotel and great bargain. I would stay there again, but would recommend a better explanation from the front desk that the rooms - which are down a long corridor in what is essentially another building - would be more easily accessed by driving and parking near that building's door.”

“Lovely hotel. I took stars off amenities because the fitness room doesn’t open until 8 am, which excludes most travelers.”

“They had a lot of shady people walking around and sitting outside of the hotel. Did not feel safe staying there. Paid for two nights only stayed for one. Also, the towels did not seem like they were fresh clean towels.”

“Was sent to the wrong room first thing. Finally sent in the right direction. Once in the room, found dead bugs throughout the room, found what looked like a pizza stain on the bed and a few other suspicious stains very visible. Lots of hair on the sheet and just overall not a clean place as it says on when booking. Would love my ridiculous $300 back for the worst 6hrs of sleep”

“Great property! The hotel was pristine clean! The staff is really friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing. You pay about $20 a person where we live on Galveston Island for a breakfast like that. So many choices and everything was freshly prepared. We were definitely stay there again. Highly recommend..”

“One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The place was extremely dirty. There were hairs in the bed, and it did not seem like the sheets had been changed between guests. The coffee pot also appeared to be unwashed and looked like it had been used to cook something other than coffee. The bathroom was in very poor condition. Overall, the cleanliness was unacceptable and needs serious attention to meet basic hygiene standards.”

“Room appeared clean, bathroom door knob was very loose and did not lock, breakfast consisted of dry cereal with no milk, instant oatmeal with no available water or milk to mix it with, there was syrup but no waffle maker, they did have yogurt, 1 apple and 1 orange, and a bottle of orange juice if you wanted to pour yourself a cup of juice. Oh they also had pieces of bread put into ziplock bags and a toaster plenty of jelly and butter”

“Clean and pleasant for a short stopover on our road trip. Breakfast was ok - good for getting back on the road.”

“Didn't have any complimentary breakfast. Place looked run down inside and out. Couldnt understand the desk worker. Beds were hard and tv didn't work. 100% don't recommend.”
